French luxury skincare brand Biotherm wanted to thank its most loyal distributors by offering them an exclusive experience focused on sustainability, luxury, and water.
We took a select group of 71 Biotherm customers to Monaco, where the brand's headquarters are located, to offer them a tailor-made experience based on the exclusivity of the destination and, most importantly, on the origin of Biotherm cosmetics: water.
We organised a visit to the brand's laboratory, located at the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco, and planned and executed the entire itinerary of the trip. We took care of everything: putting customers up in Monaco's most iconic hotel, managing reservations in haute cuisine restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars, and organising à la carte activities.
We customised the trip by adapting to the tastes and needs of each customer, all to in order ensure the clients were optimally satisfied with Biotherm.
