The past, present, and future of the RS range met up at Desert City to surprise guests, customers, and the media. Not only did it serve as a showroom for the company's sportiest cars, but it also served as test driving grounds… Just before Audi's best kept secret was revealed.
Performance is an attitude.
For three days, select guests at Desert City were treated to an exhibition that featured the 13 vehicles in the RS range and other unique Audi sports cars. Not only was the idea to exhibit these cars as works of art but also to appreciate their performance details by taking two test drives - one in the Navacerrada Park and the other on the tracks at the National Institute of Aerospace Technology - and offering dynamic expert masterclasses.
A revolution is coming to Formula 1.
Apart from admiring and driving the RS range models, the world and media sources were taken by surprise when it was revealed that Audi will break into Formula 1 in 2026 in a new and ambitious project
For the first time, the world discovered the realistic to-scale model of the new car, which will feature a hybrid engine. Their intention is to win races from the moment the engine starts. The news quickly spread beyond our borders and received international motor press attention.
Dinner and parade in a perfect oasis
The exclusive and special Liria palace and its unique art collection hosted the gala dinner and a parade to show off the jewels. The choreographer and brand ambassador for Blanca Li oversaw creating a magical atmosphere, and the ALVARNO dresses that were specially made for the event managed to captivate those present. Since we believe that flavour too is a luxury for the senses, chef Diego Guerrero who boasts two Michelin stars oversaw the culinary offerings.
