BLOOM PARTY

With the aim of presenting its provision to influence and opinion groups, combining food, shopping and live entertainment, LaFinca Grand Café wanted to kick-start the season with an all-out event. As the official agent of LaFinca Grand Café, SOMOS Experiences immersed itself in the challenge, working closely alongside the events team to bring the Bloom Party to life.

This event marked a milestone for LaFinca Grand Café and it will continue to amaze with new, highly relevant activities in the coming months. We managed all the communication aspects of the party, which started with a press conference which included generalist and local media as well as specialised press to ensure broad coverage and an impact on national media.

We continued in our role by managing the assembly and staging, with spectacular lighting, maximising the uniqueness of the centre’s architecture and its lakes.  

We also managed the photocall, which saw celebrities, influencers and public figures from the world of TV attend. One of the main services involved combining all the above with managing the presence of Isabel Diaz Ayuso, President of the Community of Madrid, Rocío Albert López-Ibor, Minister for Economy, Finance and Employment in the Community of Madrid, Paloma Tejero, Mayor of Pozuelo de Alarcón and Alfonso Serrano, senator for the People’s Party Parliamentary Group, among other figures of authority, guests and public figures in the business world.

Innovation and digital activations to discover LaFinca Grand Café

To provide a complete experience, we created a digital passport, thanks to which visitors can participate in an exclusive experiences raffle after it has been stamped in a certain number of locations.

An all-round media success

The event enjoyed wide media coverage and was published in highly relevant media channels, including Europa Press, OK Diario, La Razón, Vanitatis, Mujer Hoy and 20 minutos. It was also shared widely on social media, with tags from celebrities such as Carla Pereyra, Nacho Gay, Crys Dyaz, Mickey Pavón and Sonsoles Ónega.

The event, presented by Mónica Carrillo, included a performance by Manu Tenorio and DJ Mickey Pavón. There was also a cocktail reception where guests had the opportunity to sample a few bites from some of the LaFinca Grand Café restaurants:  Lobito de Mar, Mena, Tottori, Shiraz, Ramest, Indochina, Leonardo, Finca Bandida and the Marimer patisserie.
