We welcome Víctor Gómez, Pol López and Catherine Santiago to the team — three professionals with complementary backgrounds and a common denominator: thinking strategically, acting through culture, and creating real impact for brands. Three strategic profiles that will strengthen the creative and strategy areas at SOMOS Experiences.
Víctor Gómez begins a new chapter at SOMOS after a solid professional career of more than a decade in advertising, later expanding his trajectory within the events industry. His cross-disciplinary vision and creative capacity enrich the team with an integrative approach. “I’m approaching this new stage with the strength of the seas and the drive of the wind,” he says. “What attracted me to SOMOS was that it offered exactly the position I needed at this moment. I’m here to bring creativity and good energy.”
Pol López returns to the group after a period of professional growth as a writer for brands and editorial projects. His career combines scriptwriting, transmedia storytelling and strategic communication, with milestones such as being in the top 3 of sales during Sant Jordi or conceptualising disruptive campaigns for Penguin Random House. “I’m coming back highly motivated and with three clear goals: to provide creative support, to surprise current clients and to spark the interest of new ones,” he explains.
Catherine Santiago joins as Senior Strategist, bringing a solid international background in strategic planning, cultural analysis and branded content. She has worked with brands such as CUPRA, BBVA, L’Oréal, PlayStation and El Corte Inglés from creative agencies, consultancies and brand departments. “Culture never stops, and neither do I,” says Catherine, who stands out for her ability to translate trends into bold and relevant strategies that help brands earn a place in people’s lives.
